Presenter Guidelines
- The allocated time slot for your presentation is 25 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A. The only exception is the "Academic Session" where the allocated time slot for each presentation is 12 minutes, including 2 minutes for Q&A
- Presentations to be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF and uploaded via the online submission portal by Wednesday, 21st September 2026. Note that the presentations will be pre-loaded onto the session room laptops. If your presentation contains videos, animations or external links, please ensure they are embedded and function correctly prior to upload.
- Maximum file size is 5MB per document. If the file is larger, please contact ESA conference bureau to transfer the file via other means.
- Any technical requirements or special presentation needs should be communicated to the ESA Conference Bureau in advance
- Presenters are kindly requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session in the meeting room, to perform the last checks on their presentations. Presenters are strongly encouraged to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB stick.
- Presenters should remain available for the full duration of their session, including the Q&A period.
- Kindly note that the presentations will not be made available through the app during the conference
