Guidelines for ORAL Presenters
All oral presenters are asked to follow the below guidelines for their oral presentation:
- The working language of the conference will be English.
- Presenters shall allocate 30 minutes for their presentation - including 10 minutes for questions.
- The presentations should contain clear information with appropriate font size that is legible from the back of the conference room.
- Presenters must arrive in the meeting room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session and contact the session chairs.
- Hand-outs of your presentation will not be provided to the participants.
