Exhibitor Opportunities

The EFTF Exhibition is a great opportunity to showcase new products and/or solutions related to precise frequency and time. The exhibition booths and poster presentations will be located together in the Atrium - a large, open space adjacent to the Rotonde, where the plenary sessions will be held. This layout encourages interaction and provides ample room for attendees to explore and engage with exhibitors and presenters.

Exhibition Package

The Exhibition package includes 1 Complimentary Registration and 1 Additional Stand Personnel Registration at a discounted rate. These registrations give access to all the conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, Gala Dinner and Welcome Drinks. Furthermore, the company will be mentioned in the EFTF 2026 website/app and programme book.

The cost of the Exhibition Package is 2500 EUR (excl. 21% Dutch VAT).

Booth Details

The exhibition booth measures 3m x 2m and comes equipped with one table, two chairs, as well as power and internet connection. If you require a different setup or additional items, please contact the ESA Conference Bureau at ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com.

Logistics and Shipping Information

Exhibitors are invited to set up their booths on Monday, 20 April, ahead of the exhibition opening, which will run from
21-23 April.

Dismantling must take place on Thursday evening, after the end of the conference.

If you are shipping gadgets or promotional materials, please send them directly to NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst. The venue can store items for up to one week prior to the conference. Please ensure all packages are clearly labelled as follows:

Information for Sponsors
