Exhibitor Opportunities

The EFTF Exhibition is a great opportunity to showcase new products and/or solutions related to precise frequency and time. The exhibition booths and poster presentations will be located together in the Atrium - a large, open space adjacent to the Rotonde, where the plenary sessions will be held. This layout encourages interaction and provides ample room for attendees to explore and engage with exhibitors and presenters.

The Exhibition package includes 1 Complimentary Registration and 1 Additional Stand Personnel Registration at a discounted rate. These registrations give access to all the conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, Gala Dinner and Welcome Drinks. Furthermore, the company will be mentioned in the EFTF 2026 website/app and programme book. 

The cost of the Exhibition Package is 2500 EUR (excl. 21% Dutch VAT).

Registrations for Exhibitors/Additional Stand Personnel and bookings of the Exhibition Booths are now open.

The exhibition booth measures 3m x 2m and comes equipped with one table, two chairs, as well as power and internet connection. If you require a different setup or additional items, please contact the ESA Conference Bureau at ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com.
