Companies that book an Exhibition Booth will receive 1 Complimentary Registration. If more people are need at the booth, they can book 1 Additional Exhibitor Personnel at a discounted rate. | ||

More information
- The shown prices include the 21% deductible Dutch VAT.
- Any registration for ESA staff or companies providing proper documentation of them being exempt for VAT can be invoiced with 0% Dutch VAT. If your company is excluded from VAT, please provide an official proof via e-mail to the ESA Conference Bureau (ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com).
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau.
- Cancellations received up until 20 March 2026 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%.
- Cancellations received as of 20 March 2026 will not receive a refund.
- Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
