Presenting authors should complete their registration by Friday, March 20, 2026.

Lecture Presentations

Lecture presentations will be a total of 20 minutes long (15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A). For invited talks, the presentations will be 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).

We request that lecture presenters bring a copy of their presentation on a USB memory stick. You should upload your slides the before your session at the speaker desk which is located next to the registration desk.

The conference computers will be equipped with PowerPoint and a PDF reader on Windows. If your presentation includes video or audio clips, you should create a folder named with your presentation number, title, and date, and save those media files separately. This allows us to download them if they don't play correctly within the presentation.

Speakers should arrive in their session room no later than 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair.

Poster Presentations

Each poster presenter is assigned to present on a specific day - presenters are expected to be at their poster during the full session. Assigned poster sessions is shown here.

Each poster presenter is scheduled to present on a designated day, and presenters are expected to remain at their poster for the full duration of their assigned session. The allocation of poster sessions can be found on the Programme webpage.

Electricity will not be available at the poster stands. Posters should be prepared in English, which is the official language of the conference. All necessary materials for mounting posters on the display boards will be provided on site. Please note that the congress office does not offer printing services; authors are responsible for bringing their printed posters with them to the conference.

The usable space on the poster board size A0 in portrait/vertical format (90cm wide by 120cm high). There is not a required template.

Each poster board onsite will be marked with a number that directly correlates with each poster in the program. Please place your poster on the assigned board at the start of the day, and remove it right after the end of your poster session.
