Abstract Submission

The Organising Committee invites prospective authors to submit abstracts for a paper, to be presented at the conference. Abstracts should be submitted in English by completing the electronic abstract submission form.

Papers will be selected on the basis of a one page abstract. Submissions are expected to contain the following information, so please prepare your abstract according to the abstract submission rules:

Title
Abstract text (maximum 600 words)
Proposed theme (see "Topics" page)
Full name of all author(s)
Indication of presenting author
Institution addresses and e-mail, telephone contact details
Proposed type of presentation (oral or poster)
Summary, major results / interests and novelties of the submission

The deadline for abstract submission is 1 December 2025.

Notification to Authors
Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by the Technical Programme Committee. Acceptance of abstract will be based on appropriateness of the topic, quality, novelty and clarity of exposition. Notification of acceptance as oral or poster presentation will be provided to authors on 19 December 2025. Authors whose papers have been accepted will then receive instructions for the preparation of their paper and will be invited to prepare a final proceedings paper.
