Exhibition & Sponsorship

Exhibition space will be made available upon a best effort basis. As space is limited outside of the conference area, an exhibition/demonstration shall in principle fit on a single table. 

• Exhibitor space including a table and 2 chairs;
• Power supply and WIFI;
• Company listing on conference website: your company name, logo, and a brief description will be featured on the conference website, along with a link to your company’s website for attendees to explore.

Companies are invited to exhibit their products during the conference (hardware, software, publications) and services. For exhibition requests, please email to esaconferencebureau@atpi.com. 

Opportunities for Sponsorship

For those companies and organizations interested in profiling their activities and products at the event, the conference management has designed a series of sponsorship packages to cater to various budgets and goals. Each opportunity will feature:

Logo posted on sponsors’ page of the conference website The opportunity to distribute printed corporate material at the conference (for example: notepads, brochures, pens, pins)
