Registration
Registration for the ESA XR Conference will be open on 1 October 2025.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to the Technical Sessions
- Coffee Breaks
- Lunch
Dinner tickets
Dinner tickets can be purchased at a surcharge of €80 during registration.

- Bank transfer
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)
- Cancellations received up until 17 February 2026 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
- Cancellations received as of 18 February 2026 will not receive a refund
- Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
