Oral Presentations

Presentations shall preferably address the topics, but may address any topics in the area of XR used in the context of European Space Programmes. Presentations shall have a maximum duration of 25 minutes including Q&A (TBC, depending on the final programme).

Poster Presentations

For presentations not selected for inclusion in the programme, there will be the opportunity to provide a poster (maximum A0 size). Poster walls will be made available in or outside the conference area. Posters shall be printed by the authors themselves.

Author/Presenter Registration

Presenters are invited to register on the conference website (see the registration section) before 27 February 2026. Please note that the organising committee will check that for every abstract at least one author has registered for the conference before the paper is included in the final programme and proceedings.

Publications

An electronic copy of the presentation or poster shall be provided to the Organising Committee before the end of the conference, in PowerPoint or PDF format. Papers, presentations and posters will be published in the conference proceedings. These proceedings will be distributed electronically to the participants. Authors shall grant ESA the rights to publish the provided papers/presentations/posters under the conditions described above. As such, papers/presentations/posters shall be free of any material for which such rights cannot be granted by the author (and/or the co-authors).
