Registration fees

The registration fees including VAT to the GNSS+R 2025 are as follows:

Early registration IEEE member	€ 600,-
Early registration non IEEE member	€ 700,-
Early student registration IEEE member	€ 350,-
Early student registration non IEEE member	€ 450,-
Early ESA staff/contractors registration	€ 350,-
Late registration IEEE member	€ 675,-
Late registration non IEEE member	€ 775,-
Late registration student IEEE member	€ 400,-
Late registration student non IEEE member	€ 500,-
Late ESA staff/contractors registration	€ 387,50,-

Early Registration from 4 February till 10 March and Late Registration from 11 March till 25 March 2025.

The registration fee covers on a non-profit basis all expenses for the conference, like e. g. coffee during the breaks, conference gadget, and daily lunches. The registration also includes a ticket to the GNSS+R 2025 conference dinner as well as the ice-breaker on the conference eve (evening of 22-April-2025).

PLEASE NOTE: the workshop can only accommodate 120 participants, including speakers and poster presenters who have registration priority. Hence it is strongly recommended to register early to secure your participation.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received up until 2 April 2025, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%;
Cancellations received as of 3 April 2025 will not receive a refund; however in individual cases of force majeure the organizing committee will take the cancellation fees under review.
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
