Exhibition

In ICSO 2026 we target to highlight the exhibition as an integral part of the quality of the conference and therefore we have increased markedly the number of exhibitors. The ICSO 2026 Exhibition will take place during the conference from 12-16 October 2026. The exhibition stands will be strategically located within the heart of the conference venue within catering refreshments and networking zones to maximise the exposure of the exhibits. 

What is included in the booth package?

• A table with 2 chairs, poster panel, power supply and Wi-Fi
• The Corporate Logo at the ICSO 2026 website including a link to your company website
• 1 delegate registration valid for the entire conference and social events

Additional tickets for the conference dinner can be purchased but please note that the number of extra conference dinners is limited.

Pricing and reservation

The cost for exhibiting is € 2,800.00 and it includes 1 registration for the conference as mentioned above. The number of exhibition booths is limited and will be allocated on a “first-come first served” basis. 

In order to promote your business the best we can during the Conference we also ask you to provide the following information in the Exhibition Portal:

• Logo (at least 300 dpi – EPS or JPEG format)
• Link to your company website
