Abstract Submission

The Organising Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for papers to be presented at the conference. Abstracts must be written in English and submitted via the online abstract submission system.

Paper selection by the Technical Committee will be based on the submitted abstract. Abstract submission must include the following information:

Paper title

Abstract text (maximum 600 words)

Proposed conference theme (see Topics page)

Full names of all authors

Identification of the presenting author

Institutional affiliations and contact details (email and telephone)

Preferred presentation format (oral or poster)

Abstract submission deadline: 18th October 2026

Notification of Acceptance

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Committee. Acceptance will be based on topic relevance, technical quality, originality, and clarity.

Authors will be notified of acceptance, including the assigned presentation format (oral or poster), on 23rd November 2026. Accepted authors will receive detailed instructions for the preparation and submission of the final paper for the conference proceedings.
