Registration

Registration for the 4th International Conference on Flight vehicles, Aerothermodynamics and Re-entry (FAR 2027) will be open on 14 September 2026.

All delegates including track chairs, oral presenters and poster presenters must register for the conference in full as per the categories and rates outlined below.

Regular Registration *

Early registration fee of €950 is valid until 1 February 2027, after which the Late Registration fee of €1050 will be applicable for non-student registrations.

Student Registration **

Student registration does not include the Icebreaking Cocktail and Gala Dinner by default.

A ticket for the Icebreaking Cocktail on Monday, 12 April 2027 can be purchased during registration at €75 per person. A ticket for the Gala Dinner on Wednesday, 14 April 2027 can be purchased during registration at €125 per person.

Companion tickets

Tickets for companions to the social activities (Icebreaking Cocktail on Monday, 12 April 2027 and the Gala Dinner on Wednesday, 14 April 2027 can be purchased at a surcharge of €200 during registration.

Technical Visit(s) ***

Admission to the Technical Visit(s) will be dependent on availability, and additional terms & conditions (e.g. nationality restrictions) might apply.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

Cancellations received up until 11 March 2027 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of 12 March 2025 will not receive a refund
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
