Final Paper Submission

Authors of accepted abstracts, both oral an poster presentations, are invited to submit a final paper for inclusion in the conference programme and proceedings.

Suggested length: 8 pages
Format: electronic PDF

Final paper submission deadline: 8th March 2027

Submission of the final paper implies the transfer of copyright to the Organising Committee for publication in the official Conference Proceedings.

Conference Proceedings

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the official conference proceedings, which will be assigned an ISBN/ISSN number and made available online.

Best Student Paper Award

Undergraduate and graduate students, as well as trainees and interns, are strongly encouraged to submit papers based on their research work or thesis projects carried out in academia, research institutes, or industry. All eligible student submissions will be evaluated by the Technical Committee, which will select the Best Student Paper Award. The Best Student Paper Award is intended to support and recognise students at the beginning of their careers.

Submissions are considered eligible for the Best Student Paper Award if:

the main author is eligible for the student registration, and will register as a student;
the main author will present the paper at the conference themselves;
the main author has less than 3 years of experience outside of their academic education.

The selection of the Best Student Paper Award will be based on an initial shortlist created from the Technical Committee’s review and quality assessment of the submitted abstracts, with a final review and selection of the best paper from the shortlisted submissions.

Author / Presenter Registration

At least one author per accepted paper must register for the conference via the conference website by 1st April 2027.

Please note that papers will only be included in the final programme and proceedings if at least one author has registered within the specified deadline.
