Presenter Guidelines

Technical Recommendations for Oral Presentations

• The working language of the conference will be English.
• Presenters shall allocate 30 minutes for their presentation - including 5-10 minutes for Q&A
• Presentations shall be uploaded in ppt or pdf format in the presentation portal, which will be made available to the accepted authors
• Presenters are kindly requested to arrive in the meeting room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session and contact the organisers and/or session chair
• The presentation should contain clear information with appropriate font size that is legible from the back of the conference room.
• Handouts of your presentation will not be provided to the participants. However, presentations will be published on the website. Please make sure to clear your presentation of any restrictions preventing it from being published on the SESP 2025 website.
• A PC will be available for the presentations. For performing the presentation, MS-PowerPoint or Adobe PDF Reader will be used.
