Registration Fee

The registration fee to attend the workshop is 450 EUR and includes:

·       Attendance and access to all sessions

·       All catered lunches and coffee breaks

·       Workshop kit and proceedings

·       Social Event

Note: there will be other social activities arranged, aside from the welcome reception, at a surcharge in addition to the above mentioned registration fee. Click here for more details. For logistical purposes, we kindly ask you to indicate whether you are interested to participate in these events when registering. The guided tour will be included in the registration process, while the social dinner will be paid using the following link:

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.  

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until 13 September 2024. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.
