Abstract Submission

The Organising Committee invites prospective authors to submit abstracts for a paper, to be presented at the conference. Abstracts should be submitted in English by completing the electronic abstract submission form.

Papers will be selected on the basis of a one page abstract. Submissions are expected to contain the following information, so please prepare your abstract according to the abstract submission rules:

Title
Abstract text (maximum 600 words)
Proposed theme (see "Topics" page)
Full name of all author(s)
Indication of presenting author
Institution addresses and e-mail, telephone contact details
Proposed type of presentation (oral or poster)
Summary, major results / interests and novelties of the submission

The deadline for abstract submission is 23 December 2024.

Best Paper Student Award
Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to share results from their research work or student theses. Trainees and interns will get the opportunity to present work performed in university, research institutes or industry. Among all submitted student papers the Technical Committee will choose the best student paper.

Notification to Authors
Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by the Technical Programme Committee. Acceptance of abstract will be based on appropriateness of the topic, quality, novelty and clarity of exposition. Notification of acceptance as oral or poster presentation will be provided to authors on 17 February 2025. Authors whose papers have been accepted will then receive instructions for the preparation of their paper and will be invited to prepare a final proceedings paper.

Final Paper Submission
Authors have to deliver their final paper(s) by 21 April 2025 as electronic ‘PDF’ file.

With the submission of a final paper, authors are effectively granting copyright to the conference organising committee for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Author/Presenter Registration
Presenters are invited to register on the conference website (see the registration section) before 21 April 2025. Please note that the organising committee will check that for every paper at least one author has registered for the conference before the paper is included in the final programme and proceedings.

Publications
Final papers will be published in the conference proceedings. These proceedings will be distributed electronically to the participants.
