Conference Venue

Arcachon, a city on the Atlantic shore 60 km west from Bordeaux (France).

There, the Palais des Congrès will host the conference with its 500 seats auditorium, its 500 m2 adjustable Salle des ambassadeurs and 10 other meeting rooms.

There are many flights from European and world cities, direct flights or through hubs like Paris, London, Amsterdam, Brussels… From Bordeaux Airport (situated in the city of Mérignac, close to Bordeaux) you can travel by car to Arcachon (approximatly 1h ride).

Should you prefer the train, direct trains from Paris bring you to the Saint Jean Station at the heart of Bordeaux. From there you can either pick a car or switch to regional train (approximately 40 minutes ride).

Arcachon Accessibility and Parking

Parking in Arcachon is subject to a fee. However, each participant can:

Pay €3.60 for parking, which must be renewed daily, from Monday to Sunday inclusive.
Place the ticket (see picture) along with the daily meter ticket to the vehicle's windshield.

This will allow you to enjoy free parking for the remainder of the day. With this ticket, you can park in all parking spaces located around the Palais des Congrès. If you do not follow this procedure, the Palais des Congrès cannot be held responsible for any fines.

If you park before 9:00 a.m., this does not include the two-hour parking fee. You must pay by 11:00 a.m.
