Book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment!
Sopot is expected to be very busy in June; it is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation early as hotels are expected to sell out. In addition to the Sheraton Sopot, where the conference is being held, we have managed to temporarily secure a limited number of bedrooms at hotels within walking distance of the conference venue. Once all bedrooms have been picked up, any additional requests will be subject to availability and at the best available rate at the time of booking!
Sheraton Sopot
A number of hotel rooms are held at the conference venue Sheraton Sopot. To make a reservation the hotel has set-up a personalised webpage where delegates can book their rooms. Alternatively, one can contact the Reservations department at +48 58 767 1600 with the event code "GNC 2023".

Hotel Sopot
Hotel Sopot is located within 15 minutes walking distance from the Sheraton Sopot. To make a reservation, click on the "Click to Book" button below. Alternatively, one can contact the Reservations department at +48 58 882 8003.
Hotel Bayjonn Sopot
Hotel Bayjonn Sopot is located across from the Sheraton Sopot. As the hotel only has a limited number of rooms it was not possible to secure bedrooms for the conference. Given however its proximity to the conference venue we wanted to offer it as a possible hotel venue on our website for your consideration.

Haffner Hotel Sopot
Haffner Hotel Sopot is located within 10 minutes walking distance from the Sheraton Sopot. Unfortunately, the hotel is contracted from 14 June 2023, nevertheless we wanted to offer it as a possible hotel venue on our website as some delegates might not be able to stay for the entire conference.

Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa is located within a 20 minutes walking distance from the Sheraton Sopot. The Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa offers some great sea side rooms.
