Exhibition Opportunities

Similar to previous, pre-COVID, years the ESA GNC and ICATT conference returns with an extended and dedicated Product and Poster Exhibition session on Tuesday, 13 June 2023. The exhibition provides a major opportunity to promote GNC products and activities, meet potential customers, exchange ideas and encourage future cooperation. The conference is addressed to international participants from the Aerospace Industry, Academia, Equipment Manufacturers and Space Agencies.

• 3x2 sqm exhibitor stand space including a table and 2 chairs;
• Power supply and WIFI;
• Name badge for company representative stationed at the table in the exhibition area;
• Listing on conference website of company name, weblink and logo including short description;
• Complimentary registration for 1 company representative with access to all conference sessions, lunch and refreshment breaks, and social activities (Welcome Reception, Product and Poster Exhibition Event, Welcome Event, Gala Dinner, and Farewell Event), access to conference mobile app, conference kit and proceedings

Upon making your booking you will receive an invoice, payable within 14 days after receipt. If the invoice has not been fully paid before the conference, you will not have access to the conference. All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau. Cancellations received before 17 April 2023, 50% of the total amount is non-refundable. Cancellations received after 17 April 2023, 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.
