Final Paper Submission

We invite you to submit your full length paper(s) for the GNC & ICATT conference via the online submission portal, no later than 29 May 2023.

Key points for considerations

• Authors need to submit their full-length paper(s) in PDF format. Author instructions for the preparation of full-length paper(s) can be downloaded from the following link [Word Version] and [LateX Version]. When completed, each submission should conform in format and style to these instruction sheets. Please read all instructions thoroughly to avoid errors that could result in your paper(s) being omitted from publication.
• It is compulsory for all presenters to submit a full paper. No exceptions on submission or extensions will be provided. Papers not submitted by the deadline will be removed from the final programme. Papers not presented during the conference will be removed from the final proceedings (no paper, no podium).
• The organising committee will keep the tradition to summarise the highlights of the ESA GNC-ICATT 2023 conference into a Special ESA-GNC-ICATT Edition within the CEAS Space Journal (see: https://link.springer.com/journal/12567/volumes-and-issues/10-4, former special issue). The selection of papers for CEAS will be based on criteria of technical innovation, maturity and quality of the paper.
• If constructive advice was given, by the Technical Programme Committee, on how to improve your paper, these will be included in the notification email received. We would like to invite you to implement the suggestions / corrections to your paper submission.
  
• Presenting authors are requested to upload a biography when submitting their full-length paper(s) via the online submission portal. An online biography template can be downloaded from the following link: [Biography Template].
  
• All papers will be made available electronically during the conference and can be downloaded after the conference.
• Presenting authors will need to register and pay the registration fee for the conference by 24 April 2023, at the very latest.
