Presenter Guidelines

ESA GNC and ICATT conference will be held at the Sheraton Sopot, in Poland. We request all presenters to give their talk in person during the allotted time specified in the programme.

Preparing for your presentation

• The allocated time slot for your presentation is 25 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A.
• Presentations to be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF and uploaded via the online submission portal by Wednesday, 7 June 2023.
• Presenters are kindly requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session in the meeting room.  
  
• Kindly note that hand outs of your presentation will not be provided onsite by ESA Conference Bureau.
